Make-Up Form

View and print the Make-Up Form.

The policy for making up missed meetings has changed. Rotary events or board meetings attended within two weeks of a regular weekly meeting can be used to make up the missed meeting. Another way you may find interesting is a visit to another club. Don’t forget to turn in your Visitor’s Card to me so that I can give you credit for attending. Plus, if you attend another club’s meeting, you will not be charged for lunch at our meeting. Red make-up cards are available at the weekly meeting on the front table – please pick up a couple to have on hand just in case.
